Spicy Fried Pork Skin

Wash the skin and blanch in a pot for 5 minutes. Put it out and wash it in clean water. Put enough water in the pot, add the aniseed, green onion, ginger, and pepper, and cook until the skin becomes soft.

After cooking, remove the fat from the skin and cut into shreds.

Put oil in the pan, heat the oil, add the sliced green onion and garlic, and stir fragrant.

Add green and red peppers and stir fry.

Add the pork skin and stir fry for a while.

Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt and stir well. Spicy served with rice.
