I bought a lot of scallop meat in the supermarket. I originally planned to make soup. Hua Niu has been thinking about spicy fried seafood these days! It is fried with red and green chilies and lots of garlic, green onion and ginger. It is very flavorful and spicy. Tasty, Dad couldn’t be better for drinking!

Ingredients

Spicy Fried Scallop Meat

1. Wash the fresh scallop meat and soak in water for half an hour; shred the green onion, ginger and garlic with a knife, and cut the chili into small sections

2. Take a small bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water to make a sauce; boil water in a pot and add cooking wine

3. After the water is boiled, blanch the scallops and remove them for later use

4. Pour vegetable oil in the wok, turn to medium heat, add green onion, ginger, garlic and small peppers and stir fry
