Spicy Fried Scallops

First process the ingredients, remove the inedible parts of the scallop meat, wash and set aside; cut and prepare the other auxiliary materials.

Heat up the pan and heat the oil, add the green onion, ginger, and pepper to fragrant.

Add the processed scallop meat and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the scallop meat is slightly reduced, pour in some salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce.
5.
Stir-fry on high heat for a minute or two, add green and red chili rings and garlic moss, and stir-fry until the three vegetables are broken.
