Kelp has a unique flavor and can be eaten in many ways, including cold salad, meat stir-fry, and simmering soup. Let’s have a spicy stir-fried kelp shreds today. The soaked kelp shreds are blanched first. The kelp is not easy to cook, so cook for a few more minutes. The cooked kelp shreds are fried together with chili and garlic. In less than two minutes, this plate of spicy fried kelp shreds is completed. The crispy kelp shreds, combined with the spicy peppers, make it very crispy and delicious when eaten hot.

Ingredients

Spicy Fried Seaweed Shreds

1. Soak the kelp in water for two hours in advance, and change the water halfway;

2. Put the shredded kelp into a pot and boil, turn to a low heat and cook for three to five minutes;

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add green and red peppers and minced garlic until fragrant;

4. Add the freshly cooked seaweed shreds and stir fry;

5. Stir-fry for a few times and then add appropriate amount of salt to taste, then serve on the plate.

6. Serve it.

Tips:

1 Seaweed shreds are marinated with salt, so be sure to soak in advance and change the water halfway; 2. Boil the seaweed shreds in advance, take longer, the seaweed shreds are not easy to be cooked.
