Spicy Griddle Spare Ribs

Prepare the ingredients

Wash pig bones and blanch them in water

Tips:
1. After blanching the pork bones, marinate them to taste and cook. The pork bones will taste the same inside and outside.

3. Add enough water to cook the pork bones at one time, and add water in the middle to affect the texture and taste of the meat.
