My family rarely eats chicken, and occasionally cooks dishes for children. I also buy chicken breasts, which are relatively healthy without excessive fat. Husband brought home a big chai chicken. For a while, he couldn't remember how to eat it. The last half was braised in brown sauce, and the other half was marinated and roasted for his son.
For grilled meats, I generally like to marinate them in light soy sauce and grill them in the microwave. In order to cater to the children’s taste, we used chopped dried red peppers, added onions and ginger, and the marinated chicken was roasted in the oven this time.
The meat of chicken is delicate and delicious, and it has the reputation of "good medicine for the world" among the people. Chicken has the effects of warming the body and replenishing qi, replenishing essence and filling the marrow, which can promote the growth and development of the human body. Eating chicken in winter can be used to stew chicken soup to improve immunity.
