The spicy hot pot made by myself is very fragrant and spicy. At the same time, there are no complex additives, and it is easy to eat. Two people have a pot and one person has a bowl of rice. The method is simple and not complicated. Let's try it. You can also make a delicious spicy pot.

Spicy Hot Pot

1. Prepare all the materials, wash and cut them, as shown in the figure

2. Put water in the pot and boil. Add the vegetables to the blanching water for eight mature, pick up one by one. Also add beef balls and cook them

3. Especially the bean sprouts are easy to cook and difficult to fish, so you can put the bean sprouts in it with the help of a colander, and blanch it in the water.

4. In another pot, add oil, stir-fry garlic to taste, then add chili onion and stir-fry for 30 seconds

5. Add the squid and prawns and stir fry together, then add beef balls and stir fry. At this time, you can add some chili that you make yourself, and the aroma will come out.

6. Add other blanched vegetables and stir fry

7. Finally add the chili and bean paste

8. Just sprinkle cilantro before serving

Tips:

1 Why is it called spicy hot pot, but there is no pepper. Because I put in the chili sauce that I made myself during the process of making it, there is pepper in it, so I didn't add pepper sauce separately.
2Add other ingredients to this dish according to personal preference.
3 Drain the blanched vegetables when they are picked up with a colander, even when they are fried.
