Spicy Hot Pot

Wash the live shrimp, remove the shrimp gun, shrimp tail and hairy claws. Use a knife to cut the back of the shrimp to make it delicious.

Slice the fresh lotus root, cut the carrot into pieces with a hob, blanch the two with boiling water and then remove them in cold water for later use. Potatoes are cut into a hob and fried into golden yellow on the surface, lettuce is cut into strips, green peppers are broken into walnuts, and ham sausage is sliced with an oblique knife.

Add the cold oil in the hot pot to the bottom of the hot pot, then add the shredded ginger and green onion to sauté. Add the prawns and stir-fry for six mature. Add lotus root slices, lettuce, carrots, ham, potatoes and green peppers. Finally, sprinkle with salt and sugar to taste.
