Spicy Hot Pot

Wash all the dishes, cut into pieces and prepare

Prepare Haidilao spicy and spicy pot bottom material

Bring the water to a boil, add all the dishes except beef and seafood, and blanch them. (The ones that are not easy to be cooked are put first, and the ones that are quick-cooked are put later)

Finally, add shrimp and squid (the beef does not need to be cooked)

Drain all the cooked vegetables and put them on the plate for preparation. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic

There are two small bags of base material and one bag of chili in the Haidilao spicy hot pot base. I used 1 bag of base material and half a bag of chili. You can also put all of them in if you like heavy flavors. Finally, pour all the drained vegetables into the stir-fry, because they have been cooked in advance, as long as they are evenly fried, they can be out of the pot.

I still found a pot for the occasion. The spicy fragrant pot is more flavorful when you eat it in the pot. The boyfriend said it was delicious, even better than the ones sold outside. The key is that you can add anything you want inside. It's clean and cheap.
