Spicy Hot Pot

Put the beef slices in a pot of boiling water and scald them until they change color and remove them.

Tips:
It is not easy to cook wide noodles, so it should be cooked a little longer. I personally feel that it is still a bit hard when it is cooked to 80%, so it is cooked until it is fully cooked.
