Spicy Hot Pot

1. Shrimp head, open back, lean meat slices.

2. Cut the lettuce, fungus, cauliflower, and celery separately.

3. Separate shrimp and vegetables in oil.

4. Add Chinese pepper, dried chili, ginger slices, watercress, and hot pot base to the oil pan.

5. Lean meat, vegetables, shrimp, stir-fry well out of the pot.
