Spicy Hot Pot Rabbit
1.
Prepare all kinds of ingredients, wash them, cut them, slice ginger, smash garlic, cut rabbit meat into small pieces, and cut other vegetables at will.
2.
Add oil to the pot (not too much, because the spicy space has a lot of oil in the hot pot base itself), add spices, ginger garlic, dried sea pepper and pepper to fry until fragrant, then add rabbit meat and stir-fry until the rabbit meat is delicious.
3.
Then add the spicy space hot pot base and stir fry for a while. (Actually, don't stir-fry with the spoon at the bottom of the spicy space hot pot. Just boil the water and put it in the dish. I just poured it in to make the rabbit meat more delicious, so I poured it into it and fry it.)
4.
Bring water to a boil, then add coriander root and cook together. Finally, start the pot, add the green onion, and it can be boiled.
Tips:
1. Don't stir-fry the hot pot at the bottom of the spicy space. Just boil the water and put it in for shabu-shabu.
2. Needless to say the oil dish, anyone who eats hot pot knows how to mix it.
3. The coriander leaves are eaten in an oil dish, and the coriander roots can be boiled directly in the base to make them more fragrant.
