Spicy Kelp Shreds

1. Wash the kelp shreds and slightly cut into sections, boil water, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, put the kelp shreds in boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes

2. Remove the cooked kelp and drain the water

3. Cut garlic and ginger into puree for later use. Pour balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and chili pepper in a small bowl, mix well and set aside for a few minutes to become a sauce

4. Drain the kelp shreds on a plate, sprinkle with the prepared minced garlic and ginger, put an appropriate amount of sesame oil and pepper oil in the pot, heat it to a low heat, and fry it off.

5. Finally, sprinkle with coriander and drizzle with the adjusted sauce.
