Spicy Kelp Shreds

Wash the kelp shreds and slightly cut into sections, boil water, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, put the kelp shreds in boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes

Remove the cooked kelp and drain the water

Cut garlic and ginger into puree for later use. Pour balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and chili pepper in a small bowl, mix well and set aside for a few minutes to become a sauce

Drain the kelp shreds on a plate, sprinkle with the prepared minced garlic and ginger, put an appropriate amount of sesame oil and pepper oil in the pot, heat it to a low heat, and fry it off.

Finally, sprinkle with coriander and drizzle with the adjusted sauce.
