Ingredients

Spicy Meat Sauce

1. Red chili

2. Peanuts

3. Pork (beef can also be used)

4. Donggu miso (or green onion mate miso)

5. Remove red hot pepper and cut into small dices (you can also use the plug board to insert)

6. Put oil in the pot (more oil). The peanuts are over oiled and set aside

7. Cut the inner muscles into small diced meat (size as you like), fry them and set aside.

8. Stir-fry the peppers.

9. Stir-fry the pepper water (about 2/3 of the initial weight).

10. After the chili is fried, add the bean paste, diced meat, and peanuts, and stir-fry them together.

11. Note: Do not add water during the frying process, the oil will flow over the ingredients after frying. Conducive to storage. If you have a heavy mouth, you can add more salt.

12. It can be eaten with rice, it can also be used as a sauce for over-water noodles (or hot noodles), and it can also be used as a sauce for soup.

13. Put it in a fresh-keeping box and store it in the refrigerator for 10-15 days.
