Spicy Mushroom Beef Sauce

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms, rinse and dice.

Wash and dice beef tenderloin.

Add water to dilute the bean paste.

Dice the onion.

Put more oil in the wok, reduce the heat, put Pixian hot sauce and chopped pepper sauce to fry the red oil.

Pour in the diced onion and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the diced beef and continue to fry until the beef changes color.

Tips:
