Spicy Pan-fried Rice Cake

Put it on the plate and use a spoon to spread the ground beef Lao Gan Ma on the glutinous rice cake. You can spread the whole glutinous rice cake or just half of it like I did.

You can also add some pork floss to taste better. I use seaweed and pork floss.
