Spicy Peanuts Mixed with Cold Skin
1.
Stir the flour with low flour in advance, and settle overnight. (Be careful not to have flour grains, you can filter it with a flour sieve) After sedimentation, pour the upper layer of water, and stir the remaining starch water evenly.
2.
Take a clean, flat-bottomed stainless steel dish, brush the blended oil, add two spoons of starch paste, shake well, and steam for 5 minutes in a steamer.
3.
Let the steamed cold skins cool in the air. Pay attention that the cold skins are stacked together to brush the oil between the layers.
4.
Cut the cold skin into even strips.
5.
Spicy peanuts and June fresh soy sauce are set aside.
6.
Cut a cucumber into shreds.
7.
Pat the garlic loose and chop finely.
8.
Add cold skin, cucumber shreds, garlic, spicy peanuts, 4 spoons of June fresh soy sauce, 4 spoons of white vinegar, and stir well.
