Spicy Pork Head Meat

Wash the sharp peppers and cut them into oblique sections. Slice the ginger and garlic.

Cut the pork head into thin slices.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, add ginger slices and sauté after the oil is hot.

Pour in the sliced pork head and stir fry over low heat.

Stir fry until the pork head slices become translucent and pour into the cut pepper sections, stir evenly over low heat.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir well.

Pour in the sliced garlic, stir well and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. There are more red meat at the mouth of the pig's head, which is fragrant but not greasy and elastic.
2. Hot peppers and garlic can be oily, and a little vinegar will taste great.
