Spicy Pork Noodle

Wash the pork and cut into thin strips, add cooking wine and appropriate amount of starch to marinate for a while.

Slice ginger, chop green onions, and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan, add star anise and ginger slices to burst the aroma, add the shredded pork and stir fry for a while.

Add the chopped green onion, stir fry to get a fragrance, remove the star anise and ginger slices and discard.

Add Pixian bean paste.

Stir fry evenly.

Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of starch to half a bowl of water, mix thoroughly, pour it into the pot, cook until bubbling, add salt, collect the juice slightly, and set aside.

Boil the water in another pot and add the noodles.

After the noodles are cooked, remove the cold water.

Take out the noodles, pour shredded pork sauce, add cooked peanuts and shredded cucumber.
Tips:
1 Put a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, it has a slightly spicy taste. If you like it more spicy, you can increase it as appropriate.
2 The cooked noodles should be cold boiled water, not cold water.
