Spicy Pork Trotter Hot Pot

1. The main material is spare.

2. Soak soy beans.

3. Pork knuckles cut into pieces, blanched.

4. Rinse well.

5. Put the soaked soybeans, ginger slices and an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker.

6. Put in the pig's knuckles.

7. Stew until the pork is crispy.

8. Lycium barbarum soaks.

9. Add the soaked goji berries and simmer for another five minutes.

10. Take out the stewed pork knuckles and set aside.

11. Heat up a frying pan, add the tempeh and five-spice chili powder, and stir-fry for a fragrant flavor.

12. Add the stewed pork knuckles and stir-fry evenly.

13. A box of Shi Yunsheng's original soup stock.

14. Add an appropriate amount of broth (you can also use the original soup of stewed pork knuckles.)

15. After it is boiled, pour it into the shabu-shabu pot and add a proper amount of salt.
