Spicy Prawns

Wash the shrimp, cut open the back of the shrimp with scissors, take out the shrimp thread, drain off the excess water, then pour in the cornstarch, and coat the shrimp with cornstarch

Heat oil in the pan, then add the shrimp and fry it red. Remember not to put the shrimp into the pan at one time. Divide it into 2 pans to complete. After the shrimp is fried, set aside

Heat oil in a pot, add shallots, sesame pepper, garlic and stir fry until fragrant
