Preserved egg tofu is a very quick and easy dish. It can be done without advanced cooking skills. Usually, lactone tofu is used. Today I replaced lactone tofu with poultry egg tofu, which is what everyone often calls Japan. Tofu, egg tofu, jade bean curd, egg jade crystal, although the texture is similar to tofu, it does not contain any bean ingredients. It has the smoothness and tenderness of tofu and the delicious fragrance of eggs.

Spicy Preserved Egg Tofu

1. Prepare the required ingredients: 2 poultry egg tofu, 1 preserved egg, green and red millet pepper, chili oil

2. Put clear water in the pot, put preserved eggs and tofu, and bring to a boil

3. Chopped green and red pepper

4. Cut the tofu into even thick slices and place them on the plate

5. Diced preserved egg

6. Put the preserved egg diced on the tofu

7. Stir together refined salt, sugar, sesame oil, and chili oil to make a sauce

8. Pour the sauce on the preserved egg tofu

9. Finally, sprinkle green and red pepper circles to garnish

Tips:

1. The preserved eggs you bought are raw, so they need to be boiled and cut off.
2. Boil the tofu to increase its toughness and make it better when cut.
3. If you can't eat spicy food, you can remove the spicy oil, and replace the green and red pepper rings with wolfberry, coriander or chives.
