Spicy Roasted Chicken Drumsticks
1.
Wash the chicken thighs, and cut a few cuts on the chicken thighs with a knife to make it easier to pickle.
2.
Bring the New Orleans barbecue marinade to the boil with hot water. Use less water. Adding more will dilute the flavor of the marinade.
3.
Pour the marinade into the pot containing the chicken legs.
4.
Grab it with your hands and marinate for more than 4 hours. If the marinating time is short, the taste will be weak.
5.
Put tin foil on the baking tray and place the marinated chicken drumsticks.
6.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. Turn it over halfway to prevent it from sticking to the tin foil.
7.
Take out halfway and brush with the marinating juice. Continue to bake until cooked.
Tips:
Flip a bit more during the roasting process to prevent the chicken legs from sticking to the tin foil.
