A delicious shellfish dish that is thick and spicy with a thick glutinous sauce will be out of the pot. Isn’t it tempting?
Tips:
1. There are two kinds of clams on the market. One is freshly fished and has not been spit out. You need to go home and raise it in sea salt water for about an hour to make it spit clean before it can be put into the pot; the other is mostly in supermarkets. Originally soaked in sea salt water, you only need to wash it with warm water after buying it~
2. Adding lemon juice when frying the clams has the effect of removing fishy and improving freshness. It can be said to be the icing on the cake (almost every Thai dish cannot be separated from lemons, so it is delicious). If there is no lemon, white vinegar can be used instead.
3. If you do not consume oil, you can use cornstarch and cold boiled water to adjust the juice to make the sauce thicker~
4. The bean paste is already very salty, so there is no need to add salt~
