Spicy Sauce

Wash the small red peppers and dry

Chop the dried small red peppers and put them in a container

Wash the peanuts, black and white sesame seeds, fry them and crush them

Heat up the oil in the pot and let it warm, then pour the stone bridge paste into the pot and stir.

Heat the oil again, pour the cut small red peppers into the pot and stir

Stir in the fried peanuts, black and white sesame seeds in turn

Simmer for one hour

Delicious spicy sauce

Put the chilled spicy sauce into the container.
Tips:
1. When cutting the small red pepper, cut it into smaller pieces, and then chop it again, it will look better.
2. After the sesame seeds are fried, they must be crushed for the aroma to come out.
3. When boiling, be sure to boil it on a low heat and stir constantly, otherwise it will stick to the pot.
