Refreshing Loofah Soup

Wash the loofah, peel and slice, wash the green onion and red pepper, and cut into small sections for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan first, put the cut loofah and red peppers into the oil pan and stir-fry for about two minutes until the loofah is fully cooked, and then put an appropriate amount of salted chicken essence.

Add appropriate amount of water, cook for about three minutes, then it will be out of the pot, put it in a bowl, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Be sure to wait until the loofah is ripe before adding salt, otherwise the loofah will turn black easily. According to personal taste, chili can be left alone.
