Steamed Sea Bass

After the fish is cleaned, put the green onion and ginger on the belly, pour cooking wine on the surface, and marinate for half an hour

Put it in the steamer, sprinkle some chives and ginger on the surface again, turn the pot to low heat and steam for 15 minutes (if the fish is bigger, steam for 20 minutes)
