Crispy Sour and Spicy Cucumber

Choose fresh cucumbers, soak them in water for more than half an hour and then clean them.

Trim off most of the melon skin intermittently and clean it for use

Cut off a small part of the head and tail, cut into three sections, stand up and cut into cucumber slices as thin as possible
