Spicy Scallion White Shrimp

Prepare white shrimp, green onions, and ginger.

Add a little water to the pot, boil the ginger and shallots in the pot until it tastes out.

Re-import the right amount of pepper.

Soak the white prawns in fine salt water and control the water for later use.

Tips:
The bottom taste of boiled shrimp is easy to be weak but not heavy. The scallion and ginger water should be boiled first before the boiled shrimp.
