1. Soak the screws you bought in water, add some salt and sesame oil, and change the water three to four times in between.
2. Use scissors to cut to the end of the screw and wash it several times.
3. Saute the ingredients in the pot, add the screws and stir fry, add the dried chilies, add beer and boil for ten minutes.
4. Set out and sprinkle chopped green onion.
