Spicy shrimp is a famous dish with strong juicy, spicy flavor and firm and crispy meat. Not to mention the taste, even his red color will make you want to stop. Like spicy flavor, spicy crab, spicy shrimp, and spicy crayfish are indispensable. Xiaoyun is a spicy spicy dish. Spicy Shrimp

Tips:

1. The oil temperature of fried shrimp should be as high as possible, so as to keep the fried shrimp crispy on the outside and tender on the inside;

2. The amount of spicy sauce, dried chili and Chinese pepper is increased or decreased according to your own taste;

3. Ginger, garlic and celery are indispensable, which not only enhances the flavor but also helps to remove fishy.
