Spicy Shrimp

Open the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and rinse with water

Dried chili, ginger, garlic, cut into cubes

The amount of Sichuan spicy sauce (mother’s homemade super spicy)

Heat oil in a pan and fry on low heat until golden brown

Tips:
1. The oil temperature of fried shrimp should be as high as possible, so as to keep the fried shrimp crispy on the outside and tender on the inside;
2. The amount of spicy sauce, dried chili and Chinese pepper is increased or decreased according to your own taste;
3. Ginger, garlic and celery are indispensable, which not only enhances the flavor but also helps to remove fishy.
