Live shrimp

Use scissors to cut off the tip of the shrimp head and the shrimp for use

Garlic, ginger, red bean paste. The side dishes prepared are: bean sprouts, garlic, green onion, celery, artificial fungus, and yuba. You can put in your favorite vegetables according to your preference.

First make the bean paste, stir-fry the bean paste with some oil until the oil is red.

Then add the blanched vegetables. There is no need to add salt here because the bean paste is very salty. Put a small amount, if it feels not enough, just add more!
