Spicy Skewers

Prepare the ingredients first.

Wash the squid again and control the moisture. The bamboo skewers for squid whiskers are so long that they can’t fit in the oven. I cut off a section with a kitchen knife, which is just to wear hot dogs so that I don’t need to buy another bamboo skewers. Hot dogs need to be cut a few times to make them taste more delicious. This step cannot be ignored!

Spread a piece of greased paper on the baking tray and place it on the skewers. Preheat the oven for five minutes, put it in the middle layer, and bake it for five minutes.

Take it out and use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the moisture from the roast. This step cannot be ignored! Otherwise, the grill will not be so fragrant. Brush some chili oil with a brush. Ordinary cooking oil can be used without chili oil.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chili powder.

Sprinkle some barbecue ingredients. If there is no grilling ingredients, use cumin powder, pepper, and cooked sesame seeds.

Put it in the oven and continue to bake for ten minutes, take it out, and repeat the three steps of four, five, and six. Soak up the moisture with a kitchen paper towel, turn it over, brush a layer of chili oil, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chili powder, sprinkle an appropriate amount of barbecue ingredients, put it in the oven and continue to bake for ten minutes, then serve.
Tips:
It took a total of 25 minutes to bake. Adjust the temperature according to your own oven!
