Spicy Small Sea Fish

Pour olive oil into the hot pan and fry the small sea fish on medium heat.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and set aside.

Continue to use the base oil to add ginger and garlic and fry for a while.

Then add a tablespoon of spicy sauce, a little salt, sugar, pepper, and a little water to boil.

Add the small sea fish to the simmer for a while.

When the juice is almost dry, add the coriander and green onions, then turn off the heat.
