I saw very fresh small sea fish in the market. Although they are not very big, they are very fresh. So I quickly bought some of them. Such fresh fish should be prepared in the simplest and lightest way. The fish’s delicious taste is vividly expressed, it is steamed, and it is very simple. The steamed fish is fresh and tender, and it is also very good for babies.

Steamed Small Sea Fish

1. Wash the right amount of small sea fish after slaughter

2. Spread an even layer of salt on both sides of the fish

3. Garlic slices and put on the fish

4. Shred the ginger and sprinkle the fish

5. Then pour some cooking oil on the fish

6. Pour some light soy sauce

7. Put it in the pot and steam for 10 minutes

8. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion

Tips:

The cooking oil and light soy sauce can be put before steaming the fish or it can be topped after steaming. Remember to put ginger when steaming the fish, otherwise it will be very fishy
