Steamed Small Sea Fish

Wash the right amount of small sea fish after slaughter

Spread an even layer of salt on both sides of the fish
3.
Garlic slices and put on the fish
4.
Shred the ginger and sprinkle the fish
5.
Then pour some cooking oil on the fish
6.
Pour some light soy sauce
7.
Put it in the pot and steam for 10 minutes
8.
Sprinkle a little chopped green onion
Tips:
The cooking oil and light soy sauce can be put before steaming the fish or it can be topped after steaming. Remember to put ginger when steaming the fish, otherwise it will be very fishy
