Snack for Weight Loss: Fried Sea Fish

10 fresh sea fish

Remove the internal organs and wash. If you want to keep the fish head, remove the gills. A lazy person like me can just remove the fish head.

Marinate the cooking wine, salt, ginger oil and garlic oil in the fish. I bought it in the evening and marinated in the refrigerator overnight and made it the next day. The freshly made pros were marinated for 15 to 20 minutes.

Put the marinated fish in the air fryer and set it to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. You can set it for 20 minutes if you like it to be crispy.

The type of fish is arbitrary according to personal taste.
