Sea Fish Stewed Tofu

Remove the scales and internal organs of the small sea fish

Scallion, ginger, garlic, red pepper, sliced with knife

Heat the oil and put the pepper, green onion and ginger until fragrant

Put a spoonful of bean paste and spicy fermented black bean paste and stir fry for a nice flavor

Add appropriate amount of water

Add fish and some cooking wine
7.
Add garlic slices and cooking wine after boiling

Tofu cut into thick slices

Put the tofu on top of the fish, add some salt
10.
Cover with red pepper and simmer for 15 minutes

Put a little chopped green onion before serving to taste
Tips:
Fish stewed tofu is more delicious when it is stewed for a longer time. Add enough water at a time to avoid dry pots.
