Spicy Spare Ribs

All pork ribs have to be cut into small pieces to make the flavor stronger; just cut the chili into small circles

After preheating the pan, put the oil and ribs, sauté fragrant, and fry to get the oil and water of the ribs

Add light soy sauce and cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes
