Spicy Squash

Wash and dice the green and red peppers, and shred the ginger.

Wash the tender pumpkin to remove the flesh.

Put the tender pumpkin into slices and set aside.

Pour a little rapeseed oil in the hot pan, add the pepper, green and red pepper to the hot oil and stir-fry for a spicy aroma.

Pour in the cut tender pumpkin.

Turn on high heat and add a spoonful of salt to stir-fry the tender pumpkin evenly.

Add a bowl of water to the pot to cover the tender pumpkin. Cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

When the water is boiled dry, add half a tablespoon of chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
9.
Pour out the pan.
