Spicy Stir-fried Garlic

Rinse garlic yellow with water and cut into sections, wash and shred green pepper (similar to garlic yellow). Cut dried chili into sections.

Heat the pan and add oil, add dried chili and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add garlic yellow and stir fry. Be careful not to heat too much, otherwise it will be easy to paste. Add an appropriate amount of salt and fry until the water comes out.

Add shredded green pepper and fry until broken.

Tips:
The garlic becomes less when it is fried, so you need to prepare more for the amount.
