Spicy Stir-fried Shells (i Don’t Know What Shells Are)

1. Soak the shells you bought in salt water for one hour. Then boil it in a pot of boiling water until the shells open (just open it, not too long, or the meat will fall out). Rinse with water and set aside.

2. Cut garlic sprouts into sections, shred ginger, and red pepper into shreds.

3. Add oil in a hot pan and heat it up.

4. Add shredded ginger and stir fry, fry for a fragrance
