Spicy Stir-fried Sour Radish

1. Wash the pickled radishes and slice them for later use.

2. Chop garlic into minced garlic, dice millet pepper and set aside.

3. Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, add the diced chili and minced garlic, and saute over high heat until fragrant.

4. Add the sliced sour radish and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
