Spicy Stir-fried Sour Radish

Wash the pickled radishes and slice them for later use.

Chop garlic into minced garlic, dice millet pepper and set aside.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, add the diced chili and minced garlic, and saute over high heat until fragrant.

Add the sliced sour radish and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
5.
Add a pinch of salt.
6.
Add a teaspoon of chili sauce, stir and stir evenly.
7.
If you don’t want to eat when the weather is hot, let’s have a plate of spicy stir-fried sour radish.
