Ingredients

Spicy Tempeh Lettuce

1. Wash the lettuce, control the water, and cut into small sections.

2. Finely chop tempeh, slice Thai chili diagonally, and finely chop green onion and ginger.

3. Heat the pot, add tempeh with cold oil, and stir fry until fragrant.

4. Turn to high heat, add green onion, ginger, Thai pepper, and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Oil the roots of the lettuce and stir fry a few times.

6. Oil the lettuce leaf section.

7. Stir-fry on high heat and add salt.

8. Stir-fry quickly and out of the pan.

9. It is salty, fragrant and spicy. It is super spicy. Although only 3 Thai peppers are added, the taste is already very spicy. It may be because I can eat too spicy. If you like spicy food, add more chili.
