Spicy Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of water and salt to the pot, blanch the tofu for 1 minute and remove.

Peel the garlic and chop into minced pieces. Wash and chop the green onion. Separate the white and green onion leaves.

Pour an appropriate amount of edible oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and white onion and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour the bean paste and stir fry for a while.

Pour in some warm water and spicy sauce and bring to a boil on high heat.

After the sauce is boiled, pour in the tofu, cover and simmer for 5 minutes to let the tofu fully taste.

After opening the lid, sprinkle the chopped green onion into the garnish, serve it out and serve.
