Spicy Yellow Clam Seed

Wash the fresh yellow clams with warm water

Wash twice more to control the moisture, smash the garlic, and cut the parsley into inch pieces for later use.

Adjust the juice: 3 spoons of light soy sauce + half a spoon of sesame oil + half a spoon of sugar + half a spoon of chili oil and mix well.
4.
Pour the yellow clams, minced garlic, coriander and the mixed juice into the basin.
