Spider Cocoa Biscuits
1.
Prepare the necessary ingredients
2.
The butter is softened at room temperature and then pour in powdered sugar
3.
Whisk it with an electric whisk
4.
Sift in low-gluten flour, cornstarch and cocoa powder
5.
Make it into a dough (the dough will be a bit dry, just knead it into a ball slowly)
6.
Take a small piece of dough (about 12g) and round it by hand
7.
Place it in a baking tray and use your thumb to make a small round hole, there will be some small cracks on the side
8.
Preheat the oven up and down at 175 degrees for 5 minutes, and roast the middle layer for 20 minutes to remove heat
9.
Prepare the chocolate sauce, melt the white chocolate in insulated water, and prepare the toothpicks
10.
After the biscuits cool, squeeze the chocolate sauce into the biscuit pit (do not squeeze the chocolate sauce too much to avoid flowing out)
11.
First use a toothpick to dip the chocolate sauce in the dish, draw the 8 legs of the spider on both sides of the biscuit, and then put the dark chocolate beans on top
12.
Dip a toothpick in some white chocolate to make the whites of your eyes
13.
Finally, use a toothpick to dip a little chocolate sauce in the white of the eye to make the eyeball, and then use the white chocolate to draw the small mouth to complete it, do a few random haha
14.
Isn't it cute?
Tips:
1. It is best to buy oval chocolate beans, which will be more vivid
2. If there is no cocoa powder, you can leave it alone, but adding cocoa powder will make it more fragrant
