Spinach

Scrape the spinach root skin, put it in a basin, soak, rinse and fold it into two.

Boil water in a soup pot, add half a spoon of salt to the boiling water.

Pour in a little olive oil or other oils. Oil and salt can keep spinach emerald green.

Add the spinach and cook for about a minute, then remove.

Seasoning sauce: chili oil, pepper, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.

Heat the wok, add a little peanut oil to heat.

Put the mixed spinach on a plate, add minced garlic and white sesame seeds, and pour the hot oil on top.
Tips:
The chili oil I made is very small. If you like spicy food, you can add more. The seasoning can also be added according to personal taste.
