Spinach
1.
Put the white sesame seeds in a saucepan and fry them over medium-low heat

Add half a tablespoon of salt to the fried white sesame seeds and mash them into sesame salt

Take 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, half a spoon of sugar, add a few drops of sesame oil, mix well and set aside

Pick the spinach and soak in salt water for 20 minutes, rinse with water and control the water for later use

Boil a pot of water, add half a teaspoon of salt after the water is boiled, add the washed spinach to blanch it, it doesn’t take too long and 1 minute is enough
6.
Take out the hot spinach and put it in ice water for a while
7.
Chill the iced spinach a little, and cut into sections
8.
Add the cut spinach to the sauce in step 3 and mix well
9.
Add some sesame salt and mix well
10.
Serve and serve with some American almonds
