I’m from the Northeast, and I’ve loved my mother’s leek-stuffed vegetable box since I was a kid. Today I saw spinach and leeks in the market and made this mom-flavored vegetable box myself.

Spinach and Leek Box

1. Soak the vermicelli and cut into fine powder, fry the eggs, wash and cut spinach into small pieces, blanch them in boiling water, put the above three ingredients together

2. Then add shrimp skin

3. Add vegetable oil, salt, light soy sauce and mix well
