Spinach and Pork Liver Congee

Prepare ingredients

Soak the liver in clean water for 1 hour, changing the water several times in between

Wash the rice and put it in a casserole, add proper amount of water to boil

Cut the pork liver into slices, rinse the blood foam with water, add shredded ginger, cooking wine, salt and marinate for 15 minutes

Put water in the pot to boil, add the marinated pork liver to blanch water, change the color and remove it

After blanching the spinach in cold water, squeeze out the water and cut into small pieces

Add spinach when the porridge is thick

Add pork liver, a little goji berries and cook for another three minutes
